Access to Work Coaching

Funded, supportive coaching and strategies for neurodivergent professionals and business owners.

What is access to work?

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that can fund coaching, equipment and other support if you're in employment and have a disability, health condition, or are neurodivergent — including ADHD, autism, dyslexia or dyspraxia.

In most cases, the scheme covers the full cost of coaching. You don't need a formal diagnosis to apply — you only need to share how things affect you at work.
